well you have been away a while but it was worth waiting for I like the clouds and the gulls too but it is the golden hue of the sea on the left that almost makes it 2 scenes joined together that makes it for me. The clouds reinforce the feeling of 2 worlds sliding into each other. The perfect title too for this picture because of that

I truly believe you should do a calendar, no no way better a book. A photo book, a coffee table book, you will give even more people access to your poetry

as for the edge, I once read "if you don't live on the edge you are taking up too much space" if the edge looks like this, why would anyone want to take up too much space...
